Costa has communicated to his inner circle about his desire to move abroad and try his luck, according to Portuguese outlet .

The goalkeeper has a €75 million (£64m/$87m) release clause but could go for €60m (£51m/$69m), the report adds. City would like Costa to replace Ederson, who has offers from Saudi Arabia. Meanwhile, United have him on their list of options to succeed Andre Onana, who has lost faith of his coach Ruben Amorim.
